Black Dog Marcom

Black Dog Marcom is a marketing agency in Bedford, MA. The firm helps organizations connect with audiences, strengthen brands, and move meaningful initiatives forward through fractional marketing leadership, audience engagement, strategic storytelling, and integrated communications. Their work spans strategy through execution, with named practice areas covering fractional leadership, events and engagement, storytelling and thought leadership, and government and procurement work for agencies, municipalities, educational institutions, and nonprofits. A phone line reaches the team at 508.250.0241, and standard hours run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The agency operates as a strategic marketing and communications partner, serving as an extension of a client's team rather than a hands-off vendor. Their stated approach is built on three pillars: strategy, storytelling, and execution. Storytelling functions as the underlying methodology for all of their work, used to simplify complexity, strengthen engagement, build trust, and inspire action. Their work includes fractional marketing leadership that aligns teams and modernizes communications, event and engagement initiatives, thought leadership and content development, and procurement-ready communications and marketing support for government and institutional clients. Past case studies describe aligning teams across a global software portfolio, developing a communications strategy that prepared a school district for initiative execution, and integrated event marketing.

The office sits on Great Road, about two hundred metres from the US Post Office, and within a short walk of Veterans Memorial Park, Page Pond, and a World War I memorial. The Great Road runs alongside the property.

Operating hours run Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with weekend visits by appointment.
