Wallin Search Group

Wallin Search Group is a staffing agency in Barnstable, Massachusetts. It works as an outsourced hiring partner for local businesses, saving them time in the search process and connecting them with qualified candidates. Its services are tiered and scaled to each client's needs rather than offered as a one-size-fits-all package. On-Demand Recruitment provides flexible hourly recruiting tailored to a specific search, from candidate screening to employment reference checks. Full-cycle searches are handled with a performance-based fee structure. The agency serves businesses and organizations of all sizes across Cape Cod. Wallin Search Group was founded by Kendra Wallin. Her interest in helping others led her to earn a Psychology degree from Northeastern University, and she began her recruiting career at a boutique staffing firm in downtown Boston. She has partnered with clients spanning industries from construction to financial services to non-profits, and has placed professionals from entry to executive level. The agency grew out of her passion for recruiting, listening to the challenges business owners face and finding solutions, combined with years of experience both as an outsourced staffing professional and as in-house HR for local businesses. Kendra grew up on Cape Cod and established the agency there. She and her family spend time on the water and the sports fields. The office sits on Parker Road in Barnstable, about 0.1 miles from Main Street and roughly the same distance from Brickyard Creek. Popolo Pond is about 0.2 miles away, Garretts Pond about 0.4 miles, and Bridge Creek and Bay View Farm each about 0.6 miles from the office. Wallin Search Group holds a rating of 4.20 from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting a positive reputation among local businesses.
