SBC Cooling + Heating

SBC Cooling + Heating is an HVAC company in Shreveport, LA, serving the residents and businesses of Caddo and Bossier Parishes. Since 2009, the company has provided heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions, with specific services including AC maintenance, repair, and installation, as well as heating maintenance, repair, and replacement. The team is licensed and insured, with all employees undergoing background checks and drug screenings. The company holds a 4.9-star rating based on more than 1,050 reviews.

The business operates under the core values of faith, family, and first-class care. The owner, Trey, grew up working at his grandfather's gas station in Shreveport, where he learned to prioritize customer care and integrity. This background influences the company's approach, which focuses on building long-term relationships rather than just completing transactions. Many of the technicians joined from larger firms seeking a customer-first environment. The company offers a satisfaction guarantee, ensuring the job is not considered complete until the client is fully satisfied, and a performance guarantee that installed equipment will perform as promised when maintained according to manufacturer guidelines. A maintenance program called the Hive Comfort Club provides semi-annual inspections to prevent breakdowns, boost energy efficiency, and extend system life. The company was named a 2025 Industry Trailblazer by Service Nation.

Located at 505 W 67th St, the business sits on West 67th Street, about a quarter mile from West 70th Street. It is roughly a quarter mile from Linwood Middle School and Caddo Middle Career & Technology School, and about half a mile from Cedar Grove Park.
