The estate occupies a 210-year-old home that has been in existence since 1816. Loreli, the fifth owner, discovered the property through a listing on her Facebook feed while she was running a concrete construction company and flipping homes. She intentionally does not live on the property, ensuring that the estate belongs entirely to the couple or group hosting the event during their booked weekend.

Loreli is joined by team members Madie and Rachel to assist with events. Rachel offers month-of coordinating services to help manage the wedding experience. The team aims to provide a stress-free environment, handling details from the booking process to the scheduling of the day. They work with clients to realize their vision, whether for an intimate house wedding or a larger celebration, often leaving classic details in the house to enhance the atmosphere for photography and gatherings.

The venue is known for its blend of upscale elegance and vintage charm, creating a cozy yet classy environment for guests. Clients have described the location as the perfect place for their weddings, noting the beautiful property and the ability for out-of-town guests to stay overnight. The owners are noted for being easy to work with and going above and beyond to help clients figure out their preferences.
