Victor Manning Driving School of Kenner

Victor Manning Driving School of Kenner is a driving school in Kenner, LA. The school provides driver education services aimed at helping students obtain a first-time Louisiana driver's license, including a 14-hour pre-licensing class, a 38-hour drivers ed class, temporary instruction permit guidance, and OMV driving tests. It also offers adult drivers ed and Spanish-language drivers ed, and serves teens and adults across the New Orleans area, including Metairie, Chalmette, the Westbank, Algiers, Westwego, Marrero, Gretna, and Kenner. The school holds a rating of 4.40.

The school describes itself as the oldest driving school in the United States. Students must possess a TIP card in order to take the state digital test and to complete the eight hours of behind-the-wheel training. The school notes that driving tests can now be taken through a driving school rather than only at the OMV. It maintains an Eastbank office in Metairie, open Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm, and a Westbank office in Harvey with weekday and alternating evening hours; both locations are closed on Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, and New Year's Day. The Eastbank office sits in Suite 202 of the WTIX Building behind Target in Clearview Mall, and the school can be reached by phone at 504-455-2103 or by email at [email protected]. Class schedules run separately from administrative office hours, and appointment changes must be made by phone rather than email. The school also maintains a Snapchat account under VictorManning and an Instagram account under victor_manning_driving_school.

Victor Manning Driving School of Kenner operates as part of a long-established Louisiana driving school brand, and its Metairie office is located on the North I-10 Service Road.
