Willows Oak Pet Lodge & Doggie Daycare

Willows Oak Pet Lodge & Doggie Daycare is a pet boarding facility in Covington, LA. Opened in 2003, the family owned lodge sits on five wooded acres on Louisiana's Northshore and serves pets in Madisonville, Mandeville, Covington, Slidell, and the wider St. Tammany Parish area. The business offers dog boarding, cat boarding, dog daycare, and dog grooming, with over 25 years of experience in animal care behind the operation.

The lodge accommodates both dogs and cats with a wide range of features designed around individual pet needs. Dog guests stay in accommodations that include penthouse suites with TVs, cabana and run suites, a doggie playground, two shaded pool play decks, and multiple indoor and outdoor play areas for exercise and socialization. Cats are housed separately in dedicated cat suites with viewing windows, keeping them apart from the canine activity. The site is climate controlled and monitored with 24-hour security cameras and security alarms. Optional add-ons include spa treatments and gourmet dog bakery goodies. Grooming services cover pampered spa baths alongside routine care.

Staff members live on the premises and provide round-the-clock care, and the team is led by owner Tiffany Malone. The facility operates Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon, and Sundays by appointment only between 8 and 9 a.m. and 4 and 5 p.m. The team includes foster caretakers for rescue cats and dogs housed at the property. Visitors can arrange tours or make reservations by calling 985-845-9444 or emailing [email protected]. The facility holds a rating of 4.80.

The lodge is located at 9 Helen Drive on Louisiana's Northshore, a region known for its wooded landscape and proximity to the rivers and lakes that define St. Tammany Parish, and the team has welcomed pets from across the surrounding communities since 2003.
