Scott's Landscaping

Scott's Landscaping is a landscaping company in Louisville, KY, owned and operated by Scott Rief, who holds a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky and has worked in the landscaping trade since he was ten years old. The company focuses on landscape design, landscape installation, landscape replacement, landscape lighting design and installation, and winter tree planting. Scott's Landscaping serves Louisville and the surrounding area, and holds a rating of 4.60 based on customer reviews.

Rief started the business in 1999 after returning to Louisville from college, turning what had begun as a part-time job into a full-time practice built around custom landscape design and installation. He handles all of the design work himself, stays on site for every installation, and personally selects the plant material used on each project, sourcing high quality plants that are locally grown. The company is small and locally owned, and the work is shaped by a focus on personalized customer service and attention to detail. Scott's Landscaping is fully insured, carries an A+ rating with the BBB, and holds an A rating on Angie's List. Rief is a graduate of Trinity High School, a member of the Louisville Nursery Association, and has received the Angie's List Super Service Award every year since 2012.

The office sits on Willowhurst Place, near the intersection of South Hurstbourne Parkway and Shelbyville Road, about a third of a mile from each. Hardesty Park is roughly a third of a mile away, Northwood University is about four tenths of a mile from the location, and Anchorage Middletown Fire Station 2 is within six tenths of a mile.

A locally owned Louisville company that has been designing and installing landscapes since 1999, Scott's Landscaping combines a Landscape Architecture background with hands-on selection of every plant used on each project.
