In 1998, the firm became Long & Fisher as Myron Fisher joined as a partner. In 2004, Long & Fisher merged with Baldwin, Upchurch & Foley, renaming the practice to Baldwin & Associates. The firm opened its new home at 713 West Main Street in 2005.

Suzan Ross merged her practice into Baldwin in 2009, beginning the Maysville office location. Chris Hatcher merged his firm with Baldwin in January 2013, creating the Louisville office.
