A defining feature of Legacy Title is its mobile closing service. The firm employs an in-house attorney who drafts legal documents, performs closings, reviews titles and surveys, and handles legal issues on behalf of the company. Title insurance policies offered by the firm are structured to provide financial protection for homeowners against hidden defects in title. Clients also have access to a title insurance premium calculator and downloadable agent forms through the company's website.

The team includes founder and owner Alissa Graf-Schad, an attorney licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana who oversees all legal and closing work; manager Lorie Merkle, who coordinates customer service and closing logistics; set-up clerk Deanna Skuza, who originates and processes new title orders and orders payoffs and title updates; and title clerk Melony Smith, who prepares title commitments and handles pre-closing matters. The company serves the Louisville metropolitan area as well as Jeffersonville and Bowling Green, and can be reached by phone at 502.400.5550.

Legacy Title Company holds a rating of 4.40 from the customers who have reviewed it, and its mobile closing model distinguishes it among title companies serving the Louisville region.
