The wider company also traces part of its team heritage to Floyd's Heating and Air.

The team includes Joshua Floyd, sales manager and a Kentucky Master HVAC Technician and Master Electrician; Peter Godfrey, director of operations and HR manager, a Kentucky HVAC Journeyman; Jeremy Muir, HVAC install manager, a U.S. Army Veteran and Kentucky HVAC Journeyman; Jessica Puckett, customer service and dispatch manager; Clinton Palmer, renovation manager; and Kyle Gunn, HVAC install lead apprentice.

Phoenix serves customers across Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee from its Tri-State locations, and the Henderson branch is one of several Phoenix Nest sites alongside Providence, Sebree, and the Madisonville headquarters, with additional locations planned in Hopkinsville and Louisville. The company's positive customer rating reflects the experience of the homeowners and businesses it serves throughout the region.
