Over the next 20 years, it expanded to several sites in southeastern Kentucky before rebranding to PT Pros in 2002. Today, the network employs over 100 team members across multiple locations in Kentucky. The Elizabethtown center utilizes industry-leading equipment such as Alter-G anti-gravity treadmills and employs evidence-based practices to address root causes of discomfort with drug-free solutions. Dry needling is used to reduce muscular tension and speed recovery, often with electrical stimulation, while cupping serves as a myofascial decompression modality. The team advocates for better healthcare legislation through involvement with the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, and actively volunteers in local communities. The business holds a 4.90 rating based on customer reviews.
