Established in 1986, the 15,000 square-foot shop is a locally owned family collision repair business. The tradition began in the 1960s when John Burdolski’s father, Frank Burdolski, founded Burdolski Auto Werks and served the Muncie, Kansas area. John Burdolski now runs the operation alongside his sons, Dusty and Odie, continuing the family legacy. The team prioritizes high-quality work by paying technicians a salary rather than a flat rate, which helps attract and retain skilled workers. They use top-rated products such as Spies Hecker paint and Axalta Coating Systems to increase durability and add beauty to a car’s finish. To stay current with materials, John keeps tabs on Nortpon abrasives and adhesives through his brother Jim, who is a sales representative for Saint Gobain.

Customers receive regular updates and photos of the repair process through a website and mobile app powered by CCC ONE and Carwise. The shop provides extra care by cleaning and polishing vehicles after repairs are completed. After service, customers are invited to provide feedback through a short survey. The majority of reviews are positive. The business celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2016 and continues to operate under the guidance of the Burdolski family.

The business is known for a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting a strong reputation for quality repairs and high customer satisfaction. This standing is supported by their long history of serving the area and their commitment to keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
