IServe Facilities began in 1993 with a single van and the founding family's commitment to reliable, professional facility services. More than 33 years later, the operation has grown to include 100 or more employees, 13 service vehicles, and 135 years of combined team experience. The business is led by President Pamela Idleman, Director of Operations Richard Idleman, and Accounts Service Manager Sydney Unruh. Their staff are CleanCheck certified through a partnership with Spartan Chemical, and every team member is an in-house, background-checked, uniformed employee rather than a subcontractor. Managers complete one to two inspections per week to catch small issues before they grow, and the company has been recognized as Large Business of the Year by the TriCounty Chamber of Commerce.

The office is located on West 6th Avenue, about a third of a mile from Forest Park and Saint Johns School, roughly half a mile from El Dorado Middle School, and within half a mile of Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital. North Main Street and West Central Avenue both sit close by. The mailing address is PO Box 1217, El Dorado, KS 67042, and they can be reached by phone at 316-321-1995.

Their standing in the category reflects more than three decades of family-owned operation serving facilities throughout Kansas, with an in-house workforce, CleanCheck certified training through Spartan Chemical, and a recognition as Large Business of the Year from the TriCounty Chamber of Commerce.
