Established in 1967, KC Pools is family-owned and operated and has installed thousands of pools. The company offers both fiberglass and vinyl liner inground pools and works with customers to determine which option suits their needs and lifestyle, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Its construction work emphasizes energy-efficient designs and low-maintenance solutions. For service and repair, KC Pools relies on equipment from Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, and SR Smith, and its service department handles pool and spa repair needs. Liner replacement customers can visit the local store to see vinyl liner patterns and colors, and the company installs new liners after removing the old ones. Equipment repair and replacement covers all major brands of pool equipment, with diagnosis, repair, and replacement of parts and components. Free in-home design consultations are available.

The business sits on East Kansas City Road, about a tenth of a mile from Arkansas City Middle School and a short walk from Ranney Park. Jefferson Elementary School is roughly four tenths of a mile away, Pershing Park about six tenths of a mile, and North Summit Street about four tenths of a mile.

KC Pools has built its reputation on quality pool construction at reasonable prices, backed by a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it. For Arkansas City homeowners weighing a new inground pool or a liner replacement, that combination of long-standing local ownership and full-service support is what the company is known for.
