Midwest Pro Wash LLC

Midwest Pro Wash LLC is a cleaning service in Plymouth, IN, providing pressure washing across Indiana and Michigan for both residential and commercial customers. The company specializes in soft pressure washing of homes, roofs, decks, and concrete, using low-pressure techniques and contractor-grade cleaners to remove dirt, mold, mildew, and algae without damaging surfaces. They hold a rating of 4.90 from customer reviews.

Their house wash work is structured around three plans named Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze plan covers a thorough soft wash from the roof line to the foundation using eco-friendly soaps to loosen contaminants. The Silver plan adds gutter brightening, where the outsides of the gutters are hand scrubbed to remove stubborn stains, plus spot treatment for irrigation rust. The Gold plan is their most detailed option, adding a vinyl siding wet wax additive designed to prevent mold and mildew regrowth, and it comes with a two-year mold-free warranty. Gutter interiors are cleaned separately, with the company clearing out all gutters and downspouts in the spring and fall and removing the compost when finished. Their roof service targets the black streaks caused by algae feeding on the crushed limestone in asphalt shingles, applying low-pressure treatments to kill and remove the growth. Vinyl siding work is handled with contractor-grade cleaners and a wet wax additive intended to keep exteriors cleaner longer.

The business sits on North Michigan Street, about 0.1 miles from St. Michael's School and the nearby Statue of Liberty public artwork, and roughly 0.2 miles from the Plymouth Post Office and Founder's Park.

A 4.90 rating from customers reflects the standard of work local homeowners have come to expect from a Plymouth cleaning service operating across the Indiana and Michigan border.
