Abideaway

Abideaway is an interior design studio in Nappanee, Indiana, serving vacation rental owners, investors, and property managers. A sister duo, Olivia Gerber and Ashlyn Feller, runs the studio, which specializes in short-term rental interiors, custom murals, branding, and direct booking websites. Olivia, a Purdue graduate with a background in marketing, entrepreneurship, and interior design, leads the design work, while Ashlyn, who studied art, graphic design, and business at Bob Jones University, designs and hand-paints the murals. The studio works with clients locally and provides full-service design nationwide through industry partnerships.

Abideaway's interior design service covers the full arc of a short-term rental project, from discovery and strategy through curated design boards, space planning, a comprehensive order sheet, and a detailed install guide. The process is built for investors, with the aim of maximizing return while minimizing stress, and it applies whether a host is launching a new rental or refreshing an existing one. The studio also points owners toward furniture savings available to short-term rentals.

Custom murals are a signature offering. Abideaway designs and hand-paints one-of-a-kind murals that reflect a property's brand, location, and vibe, creating photo opportunities guests share. Branding and website design round out the services, helping owners turn a rental into a recognizable experience and drive direct bookings through their own websites. Services can be booked a la carte or as packages.

Abideaway holds a 5.00 rating from the customers who have reviewed it. Clients describe Olivia as thorough in understanding their challenges and goals, delivering the look they wanted with the right products within the allotted budget, and following through exactly as communicated. One reviewer noted that Ashlyn's custom mural, a play on a famous local photo, drew praise from everyone who saw it.
