Pest Regulators

Pest Regulators is a pest control company in Muncie, Indiana. They treat both the interior and exterior of homes and businesses, handling pests of all shapes and sizes, and they serve Blackford, Delaware, Grant, Jay, and Wells counties. Their service menu covers standard pest control along with specialized treatments for rodents, mosquitoes, moles, carpenter bees, fleas, ticks, roaches, and bed bugs. Standard pest control is offered as a one-time or quarterly appointment, with options for bi-monthly or quarterly rodent and mole service, monthly mosquito and carpenter bee treatments from March through October, and interior spraying as needed. They hold a rating of 5.00 based on customer reviews.

The company was started in 2020 by owners Calloway and Chandler after each spent more than five years working for other pest control businesses. Their standard service includes dusting eaves to remove spider webs and wasp nests, spraying the exterior foundation and entry points to create a perimeter band, and extending a treated barrier seven to ten feet into the lawn. Because every pest problem is different, they build a custom solution for each customer and follow up with tips and recommendations to help maintain the effectiveness of treatments. Reviews from customers Tina C, Steve F, Jill L, and Rosalyn describe the team as knowledgeable, reliable, and quick to respond, with quarterly treatments frequently recommended.

The office sits on West Glenn Ellyn Drive, about a third of a mile south of West McGalliard Road. Kennedy Branch public library is roughly a third of a mile away, with Northside Middle School and the Spider Hill summit about four-tenths of a mile from the address, and West Bethel Avenue and Wheeling Avenue also within roughly four-tenths of a mile.

Customers who have reviewed Pest Regulators give the company a perfect rating, reflecting the dependable, knowledgeable service that Calloway and Chandler have built since opening in 2020. As a locally owned Muncie pest control company serving five east-central Indiana counties, they offer homeowners a direct line to a small team that handles every account personally.
