Mancino's Pizza & Grinders

Mancino's Pizza & Grinders is a pizza place in Muncie, Indiana, located at 4116 W Bethel Ave. The restaurant serves fresh grinders, pizza, pasta, salads, and calzones, with a menu built around family-friendly portions priced for household budgets. Their grinder sandwiches are filled with generous amounts of meats and cheeses on freshly baked Italian rolls, then baked again and garnished with lettuce and tomatoes, following a style that traces back to Italian sandwich shops near East Coast shipyards during World War I. The menu also features homemade calzones and salads alongside the signature grinders and pizza.

The Mancino's concept dates to the late 1930s in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, and the original recipes and customer-relations approach are still used in every shop today. The Mancino's team builds its products on scratch-made Italian bread and pizza dough prepared fresh every day rather than using frozen dough, and insists on generous portions and freshness without cutting quality for promotional gimmicks. The shop also offers catering for events and accepts orders online.

The restaurant sits on W Bethel Avenue in the northwestern part of Muncie, about 0.2 miles from Concentra Urgent Care and The UPS Store, roughly 0.3 miles from YMCA Northwest Muncie, and around 0.7 miles from Eastern Indiana Works / WorkOne. With a 4.5 rating from customers, Mancino's Pizza & Grinders brings decades-old grinder and pizza recipes from St. Clair Shores to families in Muncie.
