Nested Spaces of Carmel

Nested Spaces of Carmel is a home stager in Carmel, Indiana, serving the greater Indianapolis area. The company works with realtors, homeowners, builders, and investors, offering vacant and occupied home staging, model home staging, market prep, and consultation, alongside interior design services. Design work covers general contractor oversight and project management, sourcing furnishings from local and global vendors, custom furniture, artwork, lighting, rugs, window treatments, and decor, plus kitchen and bathroom remodels. Nested Spaces began in 2014 and is HSR certified in home staging and design. It holds a rating of 5.00.

The company's design process starts with a discovery call about the project and timeline, followed by an initial walk-through of the home. From there, Nested Spaces creates a project scope with a budget, timeline, and selections, then sources items and brings tradespeople into the process. Design services also include paint color consultation, tile selection, flooring selection, and window treatments. Staging services begin with an on-site consultation where the team measures, takes pictures, and prepares a proposal and contract, then selects inventory and schedules delivery and installation. Nested Spaces sources inventory from nationwide vendors and updates it during annual market visits, drawing on a 7,200 sq ft warehouse.

The team includes Chad King, a design specialist who joined in fall 2022 with a residential interior degree from Ivy Tech and more than 20 years in retail sales and merchandising; Gia Thompson, lead home stager, who joined in June 2025 with over 15 years of multi-unit management experience and prior design and staging work in Boulder and Arvada, Colorado; and Kristi Curran, a staging and warehouse specialist who started in fall 2022 with experience in space planning and design.

Nested Spaces of Carmel is located on W 71st St in Carmel. Its rating of 5.00 reflects the customers who have reviewed the business, and its staging and design work has earned repeat partnerships with local realtors.
