Sweet Shoppe puts players in the middle of Mrs. C's job interview, while The Cabin, Submarine, and The Collection round out the current library of rooms, ranging from easy to intermediate difficulty. Beyond the escape rooms, the business hosts corporate events and offers dedicated event rooms, gift vouchers that can be purchased and redeemed, and Groupon bookings. The atmosphere is described as clean and family friendly, and the team extends a "Welcome" that frames each visit as time spent with family.

Twisted Room Escapes has built a strong local reputation through consistently high customer ratings and one of the larger review counts of any escape room in the Indianapolis area, reflecting years of steady bookings from groups across the region.
