Barkefellers – Indianapolis West

Barkefellers - Indianapolis West is a dog training and pet care business in Avon, Indiana. It offers one-on-one instructional training services alongside luxury lodging, daycare, and grooming, serving dog and cat owners who want more than a standard kennel stay. The business holds a rating of 4.50 from customer reviews.

The resort provides immaculate, comfortable suites, multiple visits to private outdoor potty yards, and twice-daily room service, with daily activities designed to keep both mind and body happy and healthy for the length of a stay. Lodging guests can be dropped off or picked up anytime during normal business hours, and the team recommends dropping off at least an hour before closing so pets have time to adapt before shift change. Dogs from the same household are always kept together unless instructed otherwise, and owners may bring bedding, a blanket, a towel, or an unlaundered shirt to help a dog feel at home. Raised Kuranda dog beds are provided. Owners are encouraged to send pre-measured, labeled meals if a pet has allergies or a usual diet, and the team will prepare and serve food the way a dog likes it; high-quality kibble is available if food runs short. New customers complete a new-customer information form and a temperament test, after which a team member contacts them to book a reservation. Once a dog has become a member through the meet and greet process, additional services such as basic grooming can be scheduled. Existing customers use the customer portal to make selections.

The business is located on Country Village Dr in Avon.

Barkefellers - Indianapolis West is family owned and operated, and its positive rating reflects the customers who have reviewed it. For dog owners in Avon seeking training, lodging, daycare, or grooming under one roof, it is a local option worth knowing.
