In 2006 the operation expanded to the larger Prairieland Feeds-America’s Country Store, adding birding supplies, outdoor furniture, nature‑related gifts, and becoming the first full‑service Traeger dealer in the region. The store’s indoor and outdoor spaces host educational seminars and the long‑running “Pet Fair Extravaganza,” a community event that highlights local animal rescue and welfare organizations. Prairieland Feeds partners with the Champaign County Humane Society to provide new‑pet owner guides and supports the local animal community through workshops and loyalty programs. The team includes owners Lisa and Garry, store manager Bailey Burnett, and warehouse manager Eric Steck, all dedicated to helping customers care for their animals.
