The Bump Shop Auto Body is a body shop in Quincy, IL, providing automotive painting, collision repair, and frame and structure work to vehicle owners across the area. The shop handles everything from minor scratches and small dings through to full collision and frame damage, and currently holds a rating of 4.50 from its customers.

Their core services cover three areas. In the painting department, technicians cover scratches, paint over repaired dents, or repaint an entire vehicle. In collision repair, the team restores damaged cars to their pre-crash condition, backed by a lifetime guarantee on repair services. The frame and structure team handles more serious work, returning vehicles to proper alignment and safe operation.

A number of extras come standard with every visit. Estimates on any vehicle brought to the shop are free, as are consultations on insurance procedures and collision repairs. The shop provides free pickup and delivery within Quincy, helps arrange rental vehicles and towing, and includes free paint touch-ups on small nicks, dings, and scratches with a repair, along with a free car wash. Direct billing to the customer's insurance company is offered, and the shop bills the customer rather than the insurer. Hours run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the shop closed on weekends. The phone line is (217) 223-8830.

The shop sits on Quintron Way, about a tenth of a mile from Bill Klingner Trail and roughly half a mile from North Campus Gymnasium. Cedar Creek runs about six tenths of a mile away, and Bob Mays Park and Highland-Riverside School are both within eight tenths of a mile. North 24th Street passes within roughly seven tenths of a mile of the property.

A 4.50 rating drawn from customer reviews points to consistent satisfaction with the repair and painting work carried out here. That kind of steady feedback matters in a hands-on trade like collision repair, where the finished vehicle is the only real proof.
