Storage Bros.

Storage Bros. is a storage facility in Pontiac, IL, operating from 715 S Ladd St. The business rents mini storage units in Pontiac and manages additional locations in Lexington, IL, and Sunrise Beach, MO, giving renters across central Illinois and the Lake of the Ozarks region three places to store their belongings. The Pontiac site offers mini storage units for rent online, and the Lexington location adds outdoor boat and RV storage alongside its mini storage units. Sunrise Beach rounds out the network with indoor boat and RV storage in addition to standard mini storage. Customers can reserve units, make payments, and manage their accounts through an online portal, and the company highlights round-the-clock access, drive-up access, and a variety of unit sizes to match different storage needs.

Beyond the basics of renting a unit, the company walks customers through how to use one. Its published storage tips cover everything from stacking boxes off the floor on pallets or plywood, to leaving a center aisle for access, labeling boxes on all six sides, packing books flat to protect their spines, draining and cleaning fuel from equipment before storage, and using a quality disc lock on the unit door. The advice extends to wrapping breakables in bubble wrap or unprinted paper, marking fragile contents, storing sofas and mattresses on end to save space, disassembling bed frames and tables, and purchasing insurance for stored belongings.

The Pontiac location sits on South Ladd Street, just south of West Reynolds Street and a short distance from the Illinois State Police Troop 5 Pontiac Post and the Livingston County Sheriff's Office. Pontiac's train station is within half a mile.

Holding a five-star rating, Storage Bros. reflects a strong reputation among the customers who have reviewed it, a track record that matches the multi-location footprint it has built across Pontiac, Lexington, and the Lake of the Ozarks.
