The system connects recruiting, compliance, safety, and orientation so nothing falls through the cracks. Carriers approve, decline, and confirm hires by email. The agency exhibited at MATS 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky, and maintains offices in Chicagoland, the I-55 corridor, and North Miami, FL.

CDL Agency distinguishes itself from traditional staffing firms by delivering drivers directly onto the carrier's payroll. This recruiting model avoids the hourly markups and ongoing costs associated with temporary staffing agencies. The agency reviews company offers and sets up accounts for recruiters to submit drivers. It emphasizes a coordinated process where every driver has a clear next step. The firm also provides market intelligence on driver pay and retention for carriers.

The business maintains a 5.00 rating from its customers, reflecting the satisfaction of carriers who have used its recruiting services. This standing demonstrates the effectiveness of its pay-per-driver approach and the quality of its network.
