He graduated from West Frankfort High School in 1989, from Rend Lake College in 1991, and from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1996, and has more than 20 years of experience in chiropractic care. He treats neuromusculoskeletal complaints and works from the view that the body is a network of interworking systems making up a complex whole, and that patients should not have to live with unnecessary pain.

The center is located at 330 Broadway St in Mt. Vernon. Main Street and Broadway Street both run within about a tenth of a mile, and Franklin Elementary School, Mount Vernon High School, the Mount Vernon Federal Building and the Social Security Administration office all sit roughly a third of a mile away. Office hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Tuesday.
