PLCCA acts as the grantee for the Early Head Start Child Care Partnership, a full-day and full-year family and centered-based early care education program for low-income infants and toddlers. The organization also participates in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program, providing nutritious meals to children in its early childhood educational programs.
