Since 1930, Johnson Floor Company has served the greater Chicago area's flooring needs, building more than eighty years of experience in commercial flooring, installation, and residential products. Sales and project managers work with architects and designers, general contractors, and end users on projects ranging from simple repairs to multi-level construction. The company keeps its own dedicated staff of salespeople and installers rather than using subcontractors, and the same individuals typically handle a project from start to finish regardless of its size. Customers can visit the showroom at the main office to consult with the showroom manager or sales staff, and the business also allows samples to be rented and taken home for comparison with existing finishes. Showroom hours run Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with appointments available outside those times. Johnson Floor Company is a member of Starnet Worldwide, the Professional Flooring Installers Association, and the Carpet America Recovery Effort (C.A.R.E.). Leadership includes Mr. Jeffrey Johnson as Chairman and CEO, Mr. Michael Johnson as President, Mr. Phillip Johnson as Vice President, and Mr. Dan Noonan as Treasurer.

The company's location on W 55th Street provides access to I-55, I-290, and I-294, which the company uses to transport material from its warehouse to project sites across Chicagoland.

Decades of continuous service and the long-tenured staff give Johnson Floor Co Inc a deep grounding in the flooring trade that few contractors in the greater Chicago market can match.
