Recognizing that clients are often busy with careers and family, she takes on as much of the training as possible rather than assigning heavy homework. Training sessions can take place in the client's home or in Jaime's home. The business serves the western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Client reviews highlight the care shown from drop-off through post-training check-ins, with one reviewer noting their dog was calmer after completing boarding and training, and another highly recommending the 3-week board and train program for helping a puppy overcome chewing rugs, pulling on walks, and overly excited behavior.

The business is located at 207 E Sunset Ave in Glen Ellyn, about 0.2 miles from Sunset Park, 0.3 miles from Abraham Lincoln Elementary School and the Main Street Recreation Center, and 0.5 miles from West Roosevelt Road and the YMCA.
