Staff members, known as Dogtopians, are professionally trained and provide report cards for each pup, knowing them by name to track their daily activities and social interactions. To support the highest standards of safety and health, the franchise employs specialized experts, including a veterinarian and an environmental biologist. Dr. Antje Joslin, a veterinarian with more than 18 years of experience, provides guidance on vaccine protocols, general wellness, and diet. Lorraine Rhoads, the Senior Director of Health & Safety, offers system-wide support on canine behavior and facility excellence. The facility also features live webcams, allowing owners to watch their dogs play all day with their "Best Furry Friends Forever" in open, safe spaces. Additionally, the daycare offers PlaySmarterNow, which utilizes DASH activity monitors to track a dog's exercise levels.
