Clients may provide their own fixtures or finishes, such as faucets or light bulbs, while Dello HomeWorks brings the necessary tools and supplies. If material pickup is desired, the owner can arrange this upon request. The service extends to condos, apartments, and townhomes, with familiarity regarding HOA guidelines and property access restrictions.

Past projects demonstrate capabilities across multiple suburbs. Work includes rebuilding rotted front porch posts in Downers Grove, restoring and refinish wood window frames in Elmhurst, and installing baseboards in Mt. Prospect. In Glen Ellyn, the company has replaced quartz sinks, installed dryer vent covers, painted foundation walls and electrical conduits, and installed modern exterior lights.
