Lindholm Roofing describes a defined process for completing every job it is hired to do, one the company says results in satisfied customers. Its masonry work covers chimney repair, parapet walls, and masonry waterproofing, and it notes the warning signs that prompt chimney attention, such as loose bricks, crumbling mortar, and water stains on interior walls. For windows, the company works mainly with Pella Corporation and Advanced Windows Corporation, and its installation team is licensed and insured. Pella frames come in wood, fiberglass, and vinyl, with energy-efficient features including multiple panes of glass and gas fills. Ventilation and insulation work is presented as a way to protect a home from water damage, maintain structural integrity, and improve energy efficiency. The company also maintains additional offices in Arlington Heights, Oak Lawn, Elmhurst, Libertyville, Park Ridge, Wilmette, Oak Park, Orland Park, Schaumburg, and Riverwoods.

The main office and warehouse sits on North Milwaukee Avenue, about a tenth of a mile from Schurz High School and a short walk from West Addison Street. Kilbourn Park and its fieldhouse are roughly a quarter mile away, and Saint Viator Elementary School is about a third of a mile from the location.

Lindholm Roofing has served Chicagoland since 1949 and holds an A+ rating to go with its positive customer rating, a record built on more than seven decades of roofing, masonry, and exterior work across the Chicago area.
