Ascended Fitness

Ascended Fitness is a personal training business in Burbank, Illinois, offering virtual training, nutrition coaching, personalized programming, and customized training built around RPG-style workout programs. Its signature Mythic Gains adventures turn fitness into a structured campaign, and clients also have access to an exclusive community alongside their coaching. Programs include a 12-week Mythic Gains campaign and flexible coaching options, with weekly workouts, personalized nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins. Trainers are available daily to answer questions and provide guidance, and clients track progress, earn rewards, and take on challenges designed to keep them motivated.

New clients begin with a Character Creation strategy session, a personalized meeting that maps out goals and reviews current routine, nutrition, and lifestyle. From there, the team designs an ideal "character build" and matches each client with the program that fits best. After that session, a program is built around the client's goals and lifestyle, whether through flexible coaching or the 12-week Mythic Gains campaign.

The approach pairs structured programming with ongoing accountability. Clients receive weekly workouts, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins, and they join a guild of like-minded members working through their own fitness quests on a virtual platform. Progress tracking, rewards, and challenges are built into the experience.

Ascended Fitness holds a 5.00 rating based on 5,730 reviews, reflecting a strong local reputation and an established track record built on a large base of customer feedback. Clients describe the coaching as attentive and knowledgeable, and one reviewer noted losing weight, gaining muscle, and learning to eat better while being held accountable for the entire program.

For people in Burbank and the surrounding area who want training that feels like a game rather than a grind, Ascended Fitness pairs virtual coaching with a community and a structure built to keep clients moving toward their goals.
