He also designed Satsuki Gardens behind the office, featuring a pagoda-style roof and a koi fish pond, which became a local destination for weddings and photography. Dr. Leonard Miller still maintains these gardens today. In 1989, Dr. Rick Miller joined the practice, working with his father until 1998. During this period, Drs. Stan and Audrey Crawford opened their own practice in Grove. In 1996, the Miller and Crawford families merged their practices to form Grove Dental Associates, adding onto the facility at 2209 S. Main.

The current team includes Dr. Rick Miller, Dr. Audrey Crawford, Dr. Stan Crawford, and Dr. Raegan Vaughan. Dr. Rick Miller received his dental education at the Oklahoma University College of Dentistry and completed a General Practice Residency at the V.A. Hospital in Kansas City. He has extensive continuing education in orthodontics, Invisalign, complex restorative treatment, endodontics, and dental technologies such as 3D Cone Beam X-rays and CAD-CAM CEREC crowns. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, and the American Orthodontic Society. The staff includes Susie, the office manager, who brings over 25 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing to the role, and Lorrie, who has served as the insurance coordinator since 1995.
