The rental catalog covers everything from a 6-foot rectangular banquet table and Gold Chivari chairs to 30-inch pub or 36-inch bistro-height tables, 52-by-114-inch linens, Batista silverware, lift-lid rectangular chafers, and 3-by-3-foot dance floor sections that expand to fit the venue. A 35-by-40-foot white hexagonal high-peak tent is available for larger gatherings. The team helps customers with buffets, plated meals, and appetizer stations, and will source items not already in stock. Phone lines are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Northwest Event Rentals is a division of the Happy Day Restaurants Corporation, a Lewiston business founded by Bruce and Joy Finch in 1969. The rental operation grew out of that longer-running company, giving it more than five decades of roots in the local community.

The shop sits on Bryden Avenue near its junction with Thain Road, about six-tenths of a mile from Lewiston High School and a similar distance from Orchards Elementary School, in the general direction of The Orchards neighborhood.

For anyone planning a wedding, corporate function, or backyard gathering in the region, Northwest Event Rentals pairs a deep catalog with the backing of a local company that has been part of the Lewiston area since 1969.
