Dynamic Wellness & Red Light Therapy

Dynamic Wellness & Red Light Therapy is a weight loss clinic in Boise, ID, at 10062 West Fairview Avenue. The clinic offers weight loss programs, body contouring, infrared sauna sessions, and red light therapy, including Contour Light sessions aimed at body contouring. Their weight loss program is built around natural foods, custom-tailored nutrition, and restoring hormone balance, and is presented as doctor-developed with a history spanning more than 30 years.

The program is designed to work with the body's own metabolism rather than rely on prescription drugs or synthetic hormones, using whole foods bought from a regular grocery store and a nutrition plan adjusted to each person's needs. The clinic highlights Contour Light as one of its featured body contouring services, with introductory session pricing listed on its site. First-session packages include an initial consultation along with a face mask treatment and a vibration plate session, and visitors can be seen at the New Client Center described on the site. The same approach extends to body contouring work, where Contour Light sessions are paired with the consultation and the complimentary add-ons to introduce new clients to the method. The clinic works with people who want to lose weight in a way that keeps it off, focusing on identifying which foods and habits keep an individual's metabolism functioning well and clearing toxins rather than adding more medications. Additional services listed on its site include infrared sauna sessions and red light therapy beyond the weight loss program.

The clinic sits along West Fairview Avenue, less than half a mile south of North Five Mile Road, and is roughly a quarter mile from the South Slough canal. Mariposa Park is about four-tenths of a mile away.

Dynamic Wellness & Red Light Therapy holds a rating of 4.90 across 56 reviews, and its high marks are supported by a steady flow of repeat and referred customers. For Boise residents looking for a drug-free weight loss option in their own neighborhood, the clinic offers a natural, metabolism-based program close to the West Fairview corridor.
