Upon purchase, the recipient receives an instant surprise email with the card message and a picture of the chosen flowers. Specific categories include birthdays for colleagues and friends.

During periods of restricted access, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic, the business implemented no-contact delivery procedures. Deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, and office buildings were restricted, and access to certain regional areas was limited. Drivers would leave gifts at the door after confirming the recipient was available, stepping back to ensure safety. The florist continues to take recommended precautions to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
