It holds a rating of 4.90.

Jeid Studio began as a quiet idea over a glass of wine, with a plan to take on a few small projects. Word spread after the studio launched in 2020, one project led to another, and referrals kept coming. In spring 2021 the studio opened its first showroom in downtown Des Moines. The team now includes designers, drafters, and support staff. Design work is led by Jessi Economos, Marah Schmitz, and Hannah Pitz, and the studio describes its approach as intentional and collaborative, with clients encouraged to reach out early in a build or renovation so the team can be involved from the beginning. Completed work includes a New York apartment-style residence transformed over two years into a high-end townhouse.

The studio sits on Grand Prairie Pkwy, about a tenth of a mile from Ingersoll Avenue and two tenths of a mile from 31st Street. Des Moines University and its clinic are roughly three tenths of a mile away, and Callanan Junior High School is about half a mile from the studio.

Jeid Studio has earned a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the experience clients have had working with the studio on their homes.
