It offers haircuts at four artist levels, from Level 1 through Level 4, along with clean-ups for bangs, face framing, and neckline trims, and complimentary trims between haircuts. Color services center on custom, bespoke hair color made with Aveda 100% vegan treatment color and applied by an expert colorist. It holds a rating of 4.60 from the customers who have reviewed it.

Every haircut includes a consultation, shampoo and condition, cut, and blow dry style, and clients are encouraged to bring inspiration pictures to collaborate with their stylist. As an Aveda lifestyle salon and spa, Adeva uses vegan products and describes its approach as rooted in simplicity and connection, with the aim of setting an example of environmental responsibility in beauty. The salon frames a visit as a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and be cared for, whether a client wants to refresh a current style, take a moment of relaxation, or try a new look. Bridal parties are among the clients it serves, and it has run model calls for stylists in training seeking dimensional models for blonding, highlights, and dimensional brunettes.

The salon sits on E 2nd Ave in Coralville, about a tenth of a mile from the public artworks A Thousand Acres and To Dorothy and from University of Iowa Health Care - Iowa River Landing. 1st Avenue is roughly two tenths of a mile away, the Coralville Transit Intermodal Facility about three tenths of a mile, and Iowa River Landing Wetland Park roughly four tenths of a mile.
