Its wines are made with a minimalist approach that allows the fruit to speak for itself, using natural winemaking practices intended to produce wines with honesty, balance, and character. Visitors can schedule a tasting, which is accompanied by a food and chocolate menu that includes an artisan olive and four cheese plate, crusty San Francisco sourdough with roasted garlic butter, baked herb cheese with tomato and fresh basil confit, a wine slushie, and assorted chocolates. The chocolate selection features a 55% cacao lilikoi milk chocolate, a 55% cacao coconut milk chocolate, a 70% cacao Kahalu'u Estate dark chocolate, and an 80% cacao Kohana rum barrel dark chocolate. The winery is open Monday and Tuesday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm and Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
