Yelverton Jewelers of Perry

Yelverton Jewelers of Perry is a jewelry store in Perry, GA. Founded by Darrell Yelverton in April 1997, the privately owned business serves the Middle Georgia area with a focus on bridal jewelry, custom design, and jewelry repair. Their stock includes diamond and gemstone rings, pendants, and earrings in stones such as sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and amethysts, along with the Pandora line and Gabriel & Co. collections. They also produce custom pieces, handle on-premises jewelry appraisals, and repair rings, bracelets, necklaces, and other items in platinum, gold, and silver. The store holds a rating of 4.90. Darrell Yelverton brought more than four decades of jewelry trade experience to the business before opening the store, with a background that includes work as a bench jeweler, sales associate, and store manager. The bench jeweler team carries more than 80 years of combined experience and works in metals including platinum, gold, and silver. The store also offers CAD jewelry design through a computer-aided design workstation that lets customers see a custom piece before it is made, a service Darrell mastered after years of hand design work. Common repairs handled in-house include ring sizing, broken bracelets and necklaces, lost diamonds and gemstones, prong re-tipping, worn shank replacement, head replacement, and soldering engagement and wedding bands together. The store sits on South Houston Lake Road about a fifth of a mile from Houston Lake Road, roughly four tenths of a mile from Houston Lake itself, and about a mile from the Houston Lake Country Club. Mossy Creek and Donelson Branch both run within the surrounding area, and the Greystone neighborhood is nearby. With more than two decades serving Middle Georgia and a reputation built on a 4.90 rating, Yelverton Jewelers of Perry remains a longstanding destination for engagement rings, custom jewelry, and repairs in the Perry community.
