It serves groups of all sizes, including teens, adults, and families, with a specific focus on team-building activities for companies, sales teams, sports teams, and church groups. The venue features five exciting escape rooms, including a biohazard-themed experience, and offers private access to a large lobby with seating and tables for corporate parties and events. The escape games are inspired by internationally popular escape games and are designed to cultivate a unique and memorable experience. Participants are temporarily locked in a magnetically locked room with the goal of finding a four-digit pin to escape. The rooms are monitored via video cameras for safety, and a panic or exit button is available for anyone who feels overwhelmed or claustrophobic. While the rooms vary in difficulty and not everyone escapes, the goal is to have fun while testing logic, teamwork, and creativity. Online appointments are required, and walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed a time slot.

For private events and team building, the business offers packages that include private access to the large lobby, access to all five escape rooms, and one round of all four escape rooms. Customers can book multiple rooms for a marathon experience. All bookings are completed online via a booking page, and payments are accepted only via credit or debit card. Customers are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their time slot to fill out liability waivers and receive a briefing. Personal items are kept in a basket in the room during the game.

The business is known for its positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting a reputation for delivering thrilling adventures and effective team-building exercises.
