The company is a locally owned, licensed, and insured painting contractor built on craftsmanship and clear communication. Every project is led by a dedicated project manager and executed by background-checked crews using premium Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore products. The service includes full-service residential and commercial painting, with specific capabilities for walls, trim, ceilings, doors, decks, and cabinets. Interior services feature low-VOC paints, low-odor bedroom finishes, and scrubbable finishes for high-traffic areas. Exterior services include power washing, wood repair, bare-wood priming, and durable acrylic coatings. Commercial services cover offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and multi-unit properties, often scheduled after hours or on weekends to minimize business disruption. The process involves a four-step approach: an initial assessment and line-by-line quote, surface preparation and protection, painting with daily check-ins, and a final walkthrough where payment is due only upon 100% satisfaction.

Dunwoody Painters offers a written two-year workmanship warranty that covers peeling, blistering, flaking, chipping, caulk failure, and finish defects on cabinets and millwork. The warranty terms are printed on the estimate and final invoice, beginning on the day the project is completed. The company provides free, no-obligation estimates and color consultations, utilizing tools to help clients visualize colors and calculate paint needs. Crews are trained to handle complex projects, including high-reach foyers, detailed millwork with scaffolding, HOA-approved siding changes, and kitchen cabinet refinishing that transforms spaces without replacement costs.

The business is known for its transparent pricing, punctual crews, and meticulous attention to detail, such as crisp cut lines, no drips, and thorough protection of furniture and floors. Customers highlight the professional finish, respectful treatment of their homes, and the peace of mind provided by the warranty and satisfied-payment guarantee. The team is recognized for handling both residential repainting and new construction, ensuring long-lasting results with an obsessive eye for detail.

Dunwoody Painters delivers reliable, high-quality painting services to the Mountain Park area and greater metro Atlanta, combining professional craftsmanship with a customer-first approach that ensures every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the client's complete satisfaction.
