The team, referred to as Geniuses, is described as extremely knowledgeable car geeks focused on product knowledge and customer-based service rather than hard sales tactics. This approach aims to eliminate the stress associated with traditional car buying, offering an optional dealership visit and transparent pricing without hidden fees or unnecessary add-ons.

IQautos has built a reputation among thousands of customers across the United States and other countries by prioritizing transparency and expertise. The business stands out for its positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it, reflecting a commitment to a better car shopping experience. The model allows buyers to secure vehicles through home delivery or pickup, with financing and warranty coverage managed directly by their assigned Genius.
