No Longer Bound describes its approach as a "Regeneration Program" rather than traditional rehabilitation, aiming to make new rather than return to a former state. The residential care model relies on long-term sobriety achieved through a full year of uncovering root causes. Financial donations go directly to helping men overcome addiction, and the organization provides a newsletter with stories of transformation. The Johns Creek location operates Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, with donation drop-off hours from 10 AM to 6 PM. Sunday is closed for both shopping and donations.

The store’s positive rating reflects the satisfaction of customers who have reviewed the business. Shoppers can also find unique items through the organization’s eBay shop, which aggregates inventory from all stores.
