Customers can schedule a free inspection and receive up to five options for remediation and prevention, with technicians available to carry repairs from assessment through completion. Clean Crawlspace operates as a dedicated division of Clean Heating and Air, a family-run company that was founded over 37 years ago and has served the Dalton area since then. The current owner, Dallas Koop, has continued his father's tradition of providing service to every customer, and the crawl space division was created to extend that approach to basement and crawl space repair alongside the original air conditioning work. The staff and technicians handle moisture control, mold removal, and pest-related foundation threats, with solutions offered at multiple price points to permanently address issues at the source. The company holds associations with the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Energy, and the National Ventilation Society, and is working toward Better Business Bureau accreditation. Office hours run Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24-hour emergency service available.

The office sits on South Hamilton Street, roughly a quarter mile from West Walnut Avenue and about a third of a mile from South Glenwood Avenue, East Morris Street, and South Thornton Avenue. V. D. Parrot Park and Burr Performing Arts Park are both within roughly four tenths of a mile of the location.

Clean Crawlspace holds a rating of 5.00, reflecting consistently positive feedback from the customers who have reviewed the company.

As a crawl space specialist rooted in a family operation with decades of experience in northwest Georgia, Clean Crawlspace brings a long regional history to the specific problem of moisture and mold beneath Dalton homes.
