Student instructor Tobias Brown is a 1st degree Black Belt who has been a student for seven years and attends Chapel Hill High School.

New students begin with an Introduction class to view the studio and observe instructor interactions. Programs are tailored by age: children aged 3 to 4 learn basic skills, punches, safety, and life skills; those aged 5 to 6 advance in fundamentals and athletic ability; and children aged 7 to 12 learn at a pace suitable for older kids. Classes for those aged 13 and older teach martial arts skills while providing an excellent aerobic workout. Black belts can access one-on-one private classes by appointment to advance their skills faster. Students also have opportunities to compete in local and regional tournaments to improve their skills and exposure to the martial arts world.
