Sunshine Pristine Clean of West Pensacola

Sunshine Pristine Clean of West Pensacola is a pressure washing company in West Pensacola, Florida. The business cleans and restores exterior surfaces for homeowners and commercial properties, with services that include pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, fence cleaning, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning. The company is locally owned and operated and serves Pensacola and the surrounding area. It holds a 5.00 rating.

The team is led by owner Tony La Rocca, who works alongside a local crew. The company was formerly known as Sunshine Pristine Clean and now operates as Sunshine Pressure Washing under the same owner and the same team. Its house washing service addresses the dirt, pollen, algae, and mildew that Gulf Coast humidity leaves on siding and trim, and it handles both vinyl siding with green algae buildup and brick exteriors that need a gentler refresh. Roof cleaning uses a soft washing process: cleaning chemicals are applied first to weaken dirt and debris and kill moss, mold, and algae, followed by a low-pressure water rinse. The company states that it trains the individuals it brings on rather than hiring without preparation, and that it uses eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Customers have described work that avoided harsh chemicals, crews that arrived on time, and careful covering of plants and outdoor televisions before washing began.

The business sits on Longleaf Ml St. Pine Forest Road and North Blue Angel Parkway are both about 0.2 miles away, and Longleaf Elementary School is about 0.3 miles away. The Bellview Volunteer Fire Department is about 0.4 miles from the location, Pine Forest High School is about 0.6 miles away, and Mobile Highway is about 0.7 miles away.

Its rating reflects positive feedback from the customers who have reviewed it, and reviews describe punctual, courteous crews and thorough exterior cleaning.

For West Pensacola homeowners dealing with algae-streaked siding, stained driveways, or a roof that has gone dark with organic growth, this is a local, owner-led pressure washing outfit working the same streets and neighborhoods it serves.
