The company was started by Eugenio Vidal, who immigrated to Miami from Cuba in 1977 with his father and older brother. After gaining a decade of experience in the moving, storage, and antiques industry, Vidal launched his own business in 1993 with a single utility van, offering local moving services through word of mouth. In 2003, the company expanded to include storage facility services, opening an over 10,000 sq-foot warehouse in the heart of Miami's Little River district, less than a mile away from the Biscayne Bay and the Miami River. In 2007, the emphasis on quality customer service and flexibility paved the way for expansion to interstate moving services, supported by a 52-foot semi-tractor trailer, two box trucks, and two vans. Today, Vidal Moving & Storage employs full-time staff and serves the eastern coast of the United States. The company's offices are located at 270 NE 70th St. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:00pm, and the business can be reached by phone or email for free estimates.

The positive rating reflects the experience the company has built since 1993 serving customers locally and across the eastern seaboard.
