Andy Dennis, owner and president, has 33 years in the hospitality business, starting as a busser and dishwasher at 16 in Atlantic, Iowa, and later working for Cheddar's Casual Cafe in several roles, including general manager, before becoming a director of food and beverage for a Radisson Hotel in Hampton, Virginia. He created 3 C's Catering in 2007, and in 2015 he and his wife bought out the owner to become owners and operators. He oversees staffing, setup and food production. Julie Dennis is also an owner.
